Housing assignments are sent out in mid-July for the coming academic year. Students attending summer language receive their housing assignments in early June. Dorms typically open on the Tuesday prior to the first day of class, and apartments are available beginning the week before Labor Day.

All full-time students are required to have health insurance. You are required to buy coverage through the PTS Student Health Benefits Plan, or prove that you have sufficient coverage through a parent, spouse, church or employer.

All dorms and apartments are smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted 25 feet from campus buildings.

Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed at the CRW first floor apartments only. Pet friendly apartments are limited and are not guaranteed. A maximum of two pets is allowed per apartment, and a monthly fee is charged for each pet. Students must follow the Pet Policy (pdf).

The mailroom is located in the lower level of the Mackay Campus Center. The exterior doors of the mailroom are unlocked from 7 a.m.–8:30 p.m., after 8:30 p.m. you must use your student ID to gain access. See Mailroom Policy and Procedures (pdf).

The Dining Hall is located in Mackay Campus Center.

The Seminary does not have a pool, but several area pools (pdf) offer discounts and membership to Seminary students.
